How do I install the extension?

MMVbe is available on the Chrome Web Store. Simply click "Add to Chrome" to install. It works on Chrome, Edge, Brave, and other Chromium-based browsers.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free (Visitor/Registered): Great for casual use. Includes basic mind map generation, HTML/SVG export, and standard privacy.

Pro: Designed for power users. Includes high daily limits, Private & Isolated data processing (No AI Training), all export formats (PNG, Markdown, etc.), and a commercial license.

How does the BYOK plan work?

BYOK stands for Bring Your Own Key. This plan allows you to use your own AI API key (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini). We charge a small monthly fee for the interface and features, but you pay the AI provider directly for your usage. We do not add any markup to your token costs.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely.

• Visitor: Data is stored locally on your device only.
• Pro: We use enterprise-grade isolated channels. Your data is processed ephemerally and is NEVER used to train AI models.

Can I share my account?

Yes, we support flexible device limits:

• Registered: Up to 2 devices.
• Pro: Up to 10 devices (great for small teams or families).
• Pro + BYOK: Up to 15 devices.
