We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new first-time subscribers only. No questions asked. To request a refund, you may use the "One-Click Refund" button in your account dashboard (if eligible) or contact us at support@mapq.app within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility Check: To prevent abuse, we strictly verify "new user" status using multiple data points, including but not limited to: credit card information, Stripe customer ID, and browser fingerprints. Users who have previously held a paid subscription (under any email or payment method) are not eligible for this guarantee.
Refunds are not available for renewal charges. Since all renewals require an intentional action by the user (such as manually renewing or enabling auto-renewal), renewal payments are considered self-initiated and are not eligible for refunds. Please note that any costs incurred from your own API key usage are paid directly to third-party providers and are not refundable by MMVbe. All refund requests are subject to review and approval.
